I am passionate about offering compassionate and holistic mental health care.
Services
Embracing a trauma-informed perspective is central to our practice, prioritising safety, empowerment, and sensitivity to the ways trauma effects emotional wellbeing. Creating an atmosphere where you feel safe, secure, respected, and validated is important. This framework acknowledges the intricate relationship between mind, brain, and body, recognising how genetics, life experiences, lifestyle, physical health and environment all influence and are influenced by mental health.
At the heart of my work lies the principle of empowerment, which is especially important for those who have encountered powerlessness in the past.
I also have a curiosity about how one’s personal spiritual and philosophical beliefs and creativity might enrich our understanding of healing. This approach aligns with evidence-based practices and invites humility and openness.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
